About Joint Bachelor’s and Master’s Programs
- As part of a system to revitalize graduate school, we select excellent talents among undergraduate students to induce early admission to graduate school
※ Seven semesters + three semesters and eight semesters + three semesters for two-track operation (from the second semester of 2019) - Admission Benefits
- Exemption from entrance examination for graduate school master's program (special admission without examination)
- Exemption from undergraduate graduation thesis
- Exemption of tuition when enrolling in master's program (currently two semesters)
- Opportunities to participate in graduate projects during undergraduate programs
Eligible candidates
- Undergraduate students who have completed four to six semesters and achieved a grade point average of 3.2 or higher in the two semesters immediately preceding applying to the program
Procedure
- Information on the selection plan for the joint bachelor’s and master’s program is provided every semester
- Students submit applications for the joint bachelor’s and master’s program (department)
- Candidates for the joint bachelor’s and master’s program are selected
- Final successful candidates are selected after review by the Graduate School Committee
- Admission is confirmed after review by the Graduate School Committee
