QWhat are the courses and credits I need to complete each program?
A 1. Related Regulations: Article 79-4 of Chungbuk National University Academic Regulations, Article 10 of Chungbuk National University Graduate School Enforcement Regulations
2. Beginning in 2020, first-year students must complete courses as follows.
< Master's Program > 24credits
Basic/major common courses (6 credits or more)
Advanced major courses (9 credits or more)
Minor course (6 credits or less)
Research projects (3 credits)
< Doctoral Program > 36credits
Basic/major common courses (6 credits or more)
Advanced major courses (18 credits or more)
Minor courses (6 credits or less)
Research projects (3 credits)
< Joint Courses > 57credits
Basic/major common courses (9 credits or more)
Advanced major courses (30 credits or more)
Minor courses (within 12 credits)
Research projects (3 credits)
* Students in the faculty of natural sciences, engineering, and medicine must complete 12 hours of laboratory safety education for an undergraduate program and more than 24 hours of laboratory safety education for a joint master’s and doctoral program. -
