Purpose

A graduate student who has completed the graduate school's degree program is granted qualifications for the use of school facilities such as libraries and the use of regular parking tickets through registration procedures for thesis preparation, etc.

Qualifications for Application

• A students who did not miss the thesis submission deadline (6 years for master's degree, 8 years for doctoral degree) among students who completed programs.
• A student participating in research projects by the Industry-Academia Cooperation Foundation (must be registered)

• A system for a student whose degree thesis was not approved to use school facilities (library, parking, etc.)
• Benefits for the enrolled students after completing their degrees
  • Library use and book lending
  • Use of commuter pass
  • Accident insurance subscription
  • Use of other school facilities approved by the President

Businesses and EnrollmentProcedure (two times/year)

• Posting an official letter for applications from enrolled students after completing their degrees (Feb and early Aug, Graduate School Policy Office)
• Receipt of applications from the enrolled students after completing their degrees (Feb-Apr, Aug-Oct)
• Issuance of tuition bill (Financial Division, online issuance)
• Registration and issuance of public card (Chungbuk National University Nonghyup)
• Issuance of registration certificate after completing their degrees (Student Service Center)
